TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Effect of Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all contracts between The Little Doggy Box Company ("the Company") and any customer ("the Customer") for the sale of goods and services ("the Goods"). By purchasing from the Company, the Customer agrees to these terms, which supersede any conflicting terms from the Customer.
2. Unfair Contract Terms
These conditions are drafted in compliance with the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, ensuring fairness. Unless the Customer notifies the Company otherwise in writing before making a purchase, these conditions are deemed fair and reasonable.
3. Variation of Contract
Any changes to these conditions must be agreed upon in writing by a director of the Company to be binding.
4. Prices
Prices listed are in Sterling and subject to change before delivery. They exclude Value Added Tax, which will be charged at the prevailing rate. Invoices are strictly net unless otherwise agreed. Efforts are made to ensure price accuracy, and customers will be notified of any discrepancies before dispatch.
5. Payment
Payment is typically required with the order. The Customer is responsible for additional expenses resulting from delayed delivery due to their instructions. The Company may request full payment in advance of delivery.
7. Default in Payment
The Company reserves the right to cancel discounts, charge interest on overdue payments, and suspend deliveries for unpaid amounts.
8. Set Off
The Company may offset amounts due for goods purchased against any amounts owed to the Company or its associated entities.
9. Delivery and Carriage
While the Company endeavours to meet quoted delivery dates, they are not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
10. Cancellation
The Company may cancel contracts or refuse further deliveries if the Customer fails to make payments, undergoes insolvency proceedings, breaches terms, or if any sum owed is overdue.
11. Warranty
Goods not manufactured by the Company are sold with warranties provided by their manufacturers. The Company warrants that goods are of good quality at the time of delivery. Expressed or implied warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
12. Exclusion of Liability
Except as required by law, the Company's liability is limited to replacing defective goods or refunding their purchase price.
13. Risk / Passing of Property
Title to goods remains with the Company until full payment is received. The Customer assumes responsibility for risk upon collection or delivery.
14. Right to Re-possess Goods
The Company may repossess goods if the Customer defaults on payments or deals with the goods contrary to the Company's title.
15. Essence of Contract
Every condition is essential to the contract. Breach of conditions may result in contract termination and full payment recovery.
16. Notices
Notices from the Customer must be sent by registered post to the Company's address.
17. Severability
If any part of the contract is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
18. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All contracts are subject to English law, and disputes will be resolved by English courts.
20. Website Information & Availability
The Company aims to provide accurate website information but is not liable for inaccuracies or interruptions in service. Customers are encouraged to verify information before relying on it.

Conditions for Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Personalized items, perishable goods, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
We advise you return items via Recoded delivery to ensure delivery to us.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods not received or returned outside of the 28 days.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at hello@littledoggyboxcompany.co.uk to obtain a return authorization and instructions for returning your item.
Please provide full details for and reason for return along with photographic evidence where appropriate.
Refund or Exchange Options: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days business days, excluding any shipping charges.
Timeframe for Refunds or Exchanges: Please allow 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed after we receive your returned item.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customer Responsibilities:
You are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for return shipping.
Ensure you return goods recoded / tracked delivery. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
